Answer these questions for yourself and then discuss your answers with a partner:

  1. What is your favourite kind of food?
  2. What is the food that you like the least?
  3. Which food is rich is carbohydrates/protein/fat?
  4. How often do you eat vegetables?
  5. How many vegetables can you name?
  6. Do you ever go to fast food restaurants?
  7. Can you explain how to prepare your favourite dish?
  8. What is the best dish you have ever eaten?

If you're working on your own, record yourself talking about the questions above. You can rehearse and try as many times as you need to. When you're happy with the result, save the file onto your hard disc. You can send it to your teacher.
